MUNICH — Germany’s president kicked off the annual Munich Safety Convention on Friday by taking a swipe at President Donald Trump’s “America First” international coverage method.
In his opening remarks, German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier warned that the US would put its personal pursuits first on the expense of allies.
